What happens after I sign up?
Once you have completed the online registration form and agreed to our terms and conditions, we will invite you to join the LCA Community where you can set your own username and password and populate your profile.
How do I pay?
We can take your card details over the phone or you can request an invoice.
How do I add my colleagues to the membership?
Please email us to sign up your colleagues. We will need their names, email addresses and job titles. We will then send each of them an individual login to the LCA Community.
What happens to my membership if I change my job?
Membership is retained by the firm. Find out if your new firm is signed up already. If not, you can purchase a new subscription here.
If you are a member and you know you will be leaving your firm shortly, please notify us and nominate your replacement.
What happens after the 12 months is up?
LCA membership is renewed annually on a rolling subscription basis. We will contact you before your subscription rolls into a new period with details of billing information for the next 12 months. If at that point you do not wish to continue with your membership simply let us know in writing and we will process the cancellation for you.

How do I manage my email preferences?
You can receive daily, weekly or fortnightly email blasts direct from the LCA Community. Simply set your preferences by choosing My Settings on the right hand side of the page and then My Preferences.

Please click on “Forgot Password” and a reset password link will be emailed to you.
The LCA Community website is down
Please contact us to notify us. The platform which we use for the LCA Community is supported by pop-up servers in several different countries and is monitored 24/7 for any potential service problems.
How is my data protected?
The platform which we use for the LCA Community is Safe Harbor certified.The Safe Harbor Principles are intended for organisations that store customer data and are designed to prevent accidental information disclosure or loss.
Where can I view recent LCA magazine content?
You can find LCA articles in the Group Blog on the home page of the LCA Community website. Please choose 'Communicate' from the top Navigation Bar and then drop down to select 'Group Blog'. For the archive, please choose 'Older Entries' in the bottom post. In the Group Blog you can also view hand-picked relevant articles from inCOMPLIANCE magazine.
You can also view live regulatory updates from the SRA, ICA, LSB, FCA and NCA as news feeds on the home page.
How do I post a discussion topic, or reply to a post?
Choose 'Communicate' from the Navigation Bar and then drop down to select 'Discussions'. Now click on the topic of your choice. You can also post to discussion forums from your email client by using the email address stated on the forum. To reply to a post in your email client simply reply above the line in the email body.
How do I send a private message to another member?
Click on the profile of the member you wish to message and choose “Send private message” . You can also reply to private messages in your email client.
Where can I view past conference presentation slides?
Choose 'Share' from the Navigation Bar and then 'File Cabinet'. The conference presentations are saved under each event name.
How can I get further technical help with using the LCA Community?
Choose Help from the Navigation Bar where you have options for 1) FAQs 2) About this Groupsite 3) Contact support and 4) Feedback. Or, contact us for further assistance
I am being asked to verify the emails I am sending to post/reply in discussion forums or message another member.
Please check with your email system administrator that Groupsite email addresses are not being blocked. They will be able to check the SPF record for you.
